Registration

Online registration has been closed. You can register on site at the University of Economics.

To register for the Congress, please complete the online Registration Form. When you have filled-in and submitted the online form you will receive the Letter of Confirmation of your registration within 3 working days together with instructions concerning the methods of payment.

Please note that the online Registration Form is accessible only with a password.
Simply fill-in the Personal Data Form and the password will be sent to you.

 Registration fees include:

• Admission to all scientific sessions (including the mini-symposia)
• Admission to the exhibition
• Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
• Conference materials
• Refreshment breaks and light lunches

Reservation confirmation

•  Upon receipt of the Registration Form and payment, a Confirmation will be sent to 
   each participant. You will be asked to present it at the Registration Desk to pick up your 
   Conference materials.
•  Please note the deadline of June 1, 2009 to benefit from the reduced rates. Registrations made
   without payment cannot be processed. Early registration fees will only be confirmed if the
   Registration Form and payment are received by the Congress Secretariat by June 1, 2009
   at the latest.

Mini-symposium fees

(only for those not registered to the Conference, who wish to attend a mini-symposium)

Pre-Conference Courses

Please note that the number of participants in each-Pre-Conference Course is limited, so early registration is recommended. The registration fee for the Pre-Conference Courses includes the printed course material, refreshments and lunch. 

Students

Documentation proving registered student status (e.g. a letter from a student supervisor written on the notepaper of the institution) should be sent together with the registration form.  

Non ISCB Members

Non-members of the ISCB who attend ISCB-30 will automatically become a member for the year 2009 and are encouraged to attend and contribute to the Society’s Annual General Meeting.  

Cancellations and refunds

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of any registration cancellations. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Before and on April 1, 2009	50 EUR cancellation fee
Between April 1 - July 15, 2009	150 EUR cancellation fee
After July 15, 2009	100% cancellation fee

Name change

Should you be prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Any name changes should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change.  

Terms of payment

Registration fee must be paid in Euro using either of two following options:

Only Mastercard/Eurocard, VISA, Diners Club and American Express credit cards are accepted.

For the payment by credit card kindly use the Online Payment System (available after login). Please note that payment through the online system is available only after the Letter of Confirmation is issued.

You can also complete Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and send it signed by a card holder to Conference Secretariat by fax: + 420-284 001 448.

According to the Czech law, credit cards will be charged in local currency – Czech Koruna (CZK) by using the exchange rate of the Czech National Bank on the date of payment. The approximate exchange rate is 1 EUR=25 CZK (November 2008).

The Participant's name should be clearly legible otherwise the payment cannot be identified. All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges.
