The New Town Hall is pleased to invite the delegates and their registered accompanying guests to a reception at the beautiful and historic building of the New Town Hall. The New Town Hal is a part of a gothic building complex built in the years 1377 – 1418. It is located on Prague´s biggest square which was founded by Emperor Charles IV as the main center of the city’s New Town. It was rebuilt in the Renaissance style in the 16th century but the parts of the original Gothic construction can be still found here – late Gothic tower and the entrance hall. The whole town hall complex was renovated in 1975 – 1994. The New Town Hall is a historical monument opened for public. Visitors can visit the 50m tall tower and see the representative rooms. The representative rooms are often used for weddings, festival ceremonies and art exhibitions
